项目概括

正商河峪洲售楼处设计项目为郑州市惠济区城中村改造项目，项目紧邻多条交通主干道，项目交通便利，整个项目占地近5000亩，整体地块地形丰富多变。首开区占地面积：140多亩，建筑面积9万多平方。产品主要类型：高层和洋房为主的住宅项目，建筑外观采用赖特建筑风格。
